On the one side the traditional Australian cuisine is in line with going outback. Food must be non- perishable and easy to produce. On the other side a lot eating habbits came from Great Britain with the beginning of colonisation. Anymore many asian people live in Autralia. They had emigrate and brought some typically chinese dishes with it.

And the end of my report i will say that the Australian cuisine can be much healthy generelly. Fresh fish and meat, vegetable, friuts, native oil and a mild preperation is the basic of a natural, firm diet to keep fit. If you want to get it - take it!
You don't need fish and meat to keep fit ;) I am a vegan and go for a ride with my mountainbike 7 days a week between 1 1/2 and 2 hours :)
