Photos of the week - June II

This week was really varied and a lot of situation were great to talk about. My favourites are shown in the next pictures. 

At first i want to show some photos of  "Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften". That event was taken place in many houses of sciences, like schools and universities in the hole City. A lot of students and workers presented their projects about their studied topic.

Mein Kurs beschäftigte sich mit dem Thema Lebensmitteln und meine Gruppe hatte das Thema "Das schnittfeste Wasser - Gelatine und Agar-Agar im Vergleich". Ich hatte hier: Gelatine vs. Agar schon einmal darüber berichtet.

Wir hatte süße und herzhafte Proben mit Agar bzw. Gelatine gebunden und die Besucher sollten einen sensorischen Test durchführen: Aussehen, Festigkeit, Geschmack, Bruchverhalten.

Dafür gab es für alle Testbögen zum Ausfüllen und wer gut mitarbeitete bekam noc einen kleinen Keks! ;-) hihi

Wir wurden regelrecht überrannt und viele Besucher waren sehr interessiert. Besondern türkische Besucher und Anhänger des Vegetarismus/Veganismus, aber auch alle Kinder waren begeistert. Tatsächlich öffneten wir 17 Uhr die Türen und um 21Uhr waren unsere Tische leer! Die letzten Besucher mussten sich mit Erklärungen und einem netten Lächeln unserer seits zufrieden geben.

At the first time of year i was outside with my flip flops! The weather was allways great and we could sit outside after the uni-sport excercises. So I had taken this photograph from my feets in the sun. They are really "whities" yet but i am optimistic to change that the next weeks. ;-)

 

And by the way at the topic sport excercises. Currently we are having a lot of basketball training at uni because the practice exermination is coming soon. So i have to train some game-tactics with my basketball group. I am a little bit proud about my writing plans. Hopefully that will be working!

Und am Ende noch das Beste: Meine ersten Australischen Dollar sind angekommen. Damit werde ich gleich mal meine erste Straße kaufen, bevor ich zurück auf "Los" gehe! ;-)

Only 3 weeks left until my adventure will starts. The time is running and i can´t waite much longer. That will be so awesome. No words to discribe.  CHECK!
